Data Sets¶

The data hosting services that we were using to host the service is no longer available at this time. We are working to find another provider to host our data. The links will be updated as soon as a new data host provider is found.

Training and Validation with reference standard for training

Testing with reference standard for validation but not for testing

The Post-NAT archive on TCIA includes the test set reference standard, along with clinical data, WSIs and some additional annotations for hard negative mining for the data set
